Hi, I’m Dr. Lucas Beeley

I am a family practice physician. I’m also the husband and dad to the 3 attractive faces you see on the left. My goal is to help my patients achieve and maintain optimal health by empowering them in their personal medical decisions. I strive to provide the best service that I can, enabling my patients to reach their goals, live happier, more productive lives, and never worry that their doctor is beholden to anyone but them as individuals.

After 14 years in the standard fee-for-service industry, I chose direct primary care because I believe it solves many of the obvious problems with the modern American healthcare system which constantly undermines the physician-patient relationship.

For too long patients have been made to feel like nameless, faceless billing codes, and their doctor’s offices more closely resembling assembly lines. It may seem like it is “just the way things are,” but I believe through DPC it can return to the way things should be.

  • Direct Primary Care works like a gym membership or a cell phone plan. (without the hassle of contracts or lengthy commitments*)

    All you have to do is sign up on our enrollment page.

    Once you've selected your desired plan option and submitted your payment information, you are officially a member! That all there is to it.

    Once enrollment has been confirmed you will receive information on how to access the patient hub, how to self-schedule, and how you can reach your physician.

    *Since we do not charge an enrollment fee, we do require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After which, you may cancel any time.

  • No, we don't bill or require health insurance at Momentum DPC. We focus on delivering excellent health care services to you for a flat monthly fee.

    We offer 30 to 60 minute appointments so that we can really get to know who you are, understand your unique health and wellness goals, and help you meet them.

  • Due to the complex rules imposed by the government, we cannot currently accept Medicare patients.

    We WILL be accepting Medicare patients in the future, so if you wish to be notified when this becomes available, please let us know so we can add you to the list.

    (You will pay the same monthly fee as a non-Medicare patient. The monthly fee will not be reimbursable to you by Medicare. We will ask you to sign a waiver stating that you will not submit our charges to Medicare for reimbursement. Medicare and any supplemental insurance you have will still cover medical costs that you incur outside of Momentum DPC. There will be NO difference in how outside clinics bill Medicare for their services to you.)

  • We recommend that patients maintain ‘wrap-around coverage’ in the form of tailored high-deductible health insurance or medical cost sharing, which would cover you in the event of major medical expenses resulting from surgeries, serious accidents or injuries, heart attacks, strokes, cancer care, etc.

    What we offer at Momentum DPC is primary care, which for most patients encompasses 80 to 90% of their traditional healthcare services.

    The care we provide is excellent, but it is always a good idea to have something in place to cover the remainder of your medical needs.

  • At Momentum DPC we believe strongly in personal health freedom. We strive to provide:

    -Excellent care for all, regardless of insurance or pre-existing conditions

    -The ability to answer questions and handle problems without requiring an office visit

    -Little to no wait times for office visits you do need

    -More time to spend with your personal physician

    -Innovative ways to meet our patients’ needs, such as video visits, text and email messaging, telephone consults, or even house calls

    -Greater focus on what patients want: fewer in-person office visits, fewer visits to the ER or urgent care, and increased autonomy in your treatment decisions

    -Freedom from burdensome documentation rules

    -Exclusive wholesale pricing on many prescription medications

    -Negotiated rates for lowest cost lab and radiology tests for patients, with or without insurance

  • No. Since we are purposefully small, and that it is not cost effective to buy and store such limited-use products, so we do not offer immunizations.

    I also get a lot of questions regarding pediatric vaccines, and it is a tricky subject.

    Let me just say that if you are a parent concerned about and/or wish to deviate from the standard vaccination schedule, we will never reject you or your children from this practice. We are judgement free.

    I support parental rights to make informed decisions about their children's healthcare, including whether or not to vaccinate, and on what schedule they prefer to do so.

    I oppose vaccine mandates.
